90-Day Return Window
You have 90 days from your delivery date to request a return.
Return Eligibility
- Returned within 90 days of delivery date
- Unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of damage, alterations, or signs of wear
Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We cover return shipping at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@marianileclair.com with your order number and reason.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided.
Do not ship a return without contacting us first — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
